New Self Storage Facility Opens in Fishtown
As the first project of a new joint venture between GoldOller Real Estate Investments, Captiva Capital Partners and CVA Commercial Group, the 66,000 square feet facility includes energy efficient HVAC, climate-controlled lockers, and will be managed by CubeSmart Self-Storage.
FISHTOWN, Pa., Oct. 30, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- GoldOller Real Estate Investments announced today the opening of their new, climate controlled, 800 locker, self-storage facility, which also includes secured parking for 40 cars. The facility, managed and operated by CubeSmart, is at 1645 N. American Street, Philadelphia, PA, in the middle of Fishtown's and Northern Liberties rapid residential growth.
GoldOller, based in Philadelphia, is principally an owner/operator of apartments and one of the largest apartment managers in the United States. According to Jake Hollinger GoldOller's President, the project is a joint venture between GoldOller Real Estate Investments, Captiva Capital Partners and CVA Commercial Group and the same group is in pre-development on another project locally with plans for several additional projects in and around the Philadelphia area.
