The transaction closed effective Nov. 1, 2018.
Founded in 1976 by Annette Willis, the firm is based in Miami Gardens, FL, and is a property and casualty brokerage that provides customized solutions to a range of commercial and individual clients. Former principals Larry Willis, Scott Willis and Jeff Willis will join NFP as senior vice presidents reporting to Ed O'Malley, executive vice president and head of insurance brokerage and consulting.
