Made in the United States of America, the Color Pro Ink Tipping Machine greatly improves sign tipping speed, quality, production efficiency, and provides a reliable cost reduction for sign makers and fabricators.
BRYAN, Ohio, July 6, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- When fabricating signs, the finishing step of "tipping" can be a manual and time process within manufacturing. To solve this challenge, Nova Polymers introduces its new roller applied Color Pro ink tipping machine for sign production.
Ink "Tipping" is one process of applying color to raised copy, images, or the borders of signs. Especially with ADA, visually impaired, or way finding signage. The Color Pro machine makes the process of ink tipping easy, fast, and produces high quality application. Once the Color Pro unit is set for the height of the signs simply lay the sign on the feed belt. With 3-4 seconds the first coat of ink is roller applied evenly. The Color Pro handles sign standard ink brands for easy color matching flexibility. The Color Pro has easy conveyor belt leveling, belt speed adjustment, and has a height adjustment range between .020" to 1" substrate thickness.
Due to its ease of production set up, simple operation, and a less than 15-minute cleanup between jobs, training new or less-experienced operators is a breeze. Clean-up or ink changing takes less than 15 minutes which further reduces downtime and improves efficiency. Made in the United States of America, the Color Pro greatly improves sign tipping speed, quality, production efficiency, and provides a reliable cost reduction for sign makers.
