LONDON, Sept. 29, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- We're proud to announce that Novello director James Brooks has been shortlisted for RICS Matrics Young Surveyor of the Year. These prestigious awards recognize outstanding talent and identify future leaders in the profession. James has been nominated for his success in launching Novello Chartered Surveyors and the development of bespoke surveys; Homelevel Report and Building Survey.
James and co-founder Jack Pye started Novello Chartered Surveyors with the aim to produce quality property surveys and valuations on a quick-turnaround, while at the same time delivering a high level of customer service.
The HomeLevel Report is a level 2 property survey which covers everything the traditional HomeBuyer Report includes but also provides broadband speed estimates and advice on energy efficiency and asbestos, and in addition, includes an examination of at least 20 crucial interior and exterior elements of a property. And through utilizing mobile technology. the report can be delivered to customers in under 48 hours.
Building Survey is a level 3 property survey and Novello's most in-depth report. Suitable for all property types, especially older properties or those in poorer conditions, extended or altered. Includes use of specialist equipment like a pole cam to access difficult areas, and technical repair advice and costings.
