Pat Harlow Appointed as Chief Executive Officer of The Service Companies
Mr. Harlow brings extensive experience leading both privately held companies as well as publicly traded businesses to The Service Companies, an integrated facility and hospitality services provider.
MIRAMAR, Fla., Jan. 19, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Service Companies, Inc. ("The Service Companies") announced the appointment of Pat Harlow as Chief Executive Officer. In this role he will partner with The Service Companies' management team to set the strategic direction of the company, execute on operational initiatives, and drive profitable growth.
For over four decades, Mr. Harlow has helped companies grow their business and create enterprise value. Since 2010 he has served as an Operating Partner with Gridiron Capital and worked closely with six portfolio companies, helping the management teams focus on growing their businesses. Prior to joining Gridiron, he was Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of the Board for Contech Construction Products Inc. from 1999 to 2008. During this time he helped transition Contech from a slow-moving publicly traded company to a laser focused team, creating value in a private equity world. Mr. Harlow also had a 21-year career with Ingersoll-Rand Company. He began his career as a Sales Engineer, and held varying positions which included, Worldwide Marketing Manager, General Manager and VP General Manager of two divisions.
