PSS has experienced rapid year-over-year growth as consumers continue to accelerate e-commerce food deliveries during the COVID-19 pandemic. The COO is a new position reporting to CEO Mark Nelson and is key to further expand "last mile" direct-to-consumer shipping capabilities to support the company's current and future growth.
Ms. Riffell brings over 20 years of deep expertise and operational excellence in strategic planning, process development, multi-site inventory management, demand planning and safety protocols for essential workers. As Senior Director of Fulfillment and E-Commerce and an early employee of Chewy.com, Stephanie was responsible for building fulfillment operations in-house, enabling the company's growth from $200M to $4.5B and managing expansion from 1 to 12 fulfillment centers. While Senior Operations Manager at Amazon.com she launched their largest hybrid facility with multi-process integration of sortable and non-sortable goods. Stephanie credits her 12 years as General Manager, Multi-Site Operations at CEVA Logistics for her well-rounded experience in all aspects of supply chain management, where she oversaw more than 20 new business launches.
