Carla Brooks is a Senior Managing Director on the Private Equity team at Commerce Street Investment Management, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm's private equity and investment strategies. With more than 40 years of expertise in bank regulation, fund management, and financial oversight, she has served in leadership roles at California Federal Bank, FSB, KPMG, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.

Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Chang has held leadership roles including President of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) and board member and Regional Chair of the Committee of 100. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
