Questline relocates to Dublin, Ohio, bringing its energy utility communications expertise and new jobs
Dublin, Ohio (PRWEB) June 28, 2016 -- After nearly a decade of consecutive annual growth, energy utility communications leader Questline, Inc. has moved into a new Dublin office. Located at 5500 Frantz Road, Suite 150, the company’s new headquarters is approximately 9,700 square feet. Prior to the move, the company spent more than 15 years in two Upper Arlington locations. At capacity, Questline's leadership team looked at a number of options to accommodate its planned growth.
“We explored many central Ohio locations before selecting Dublin,” said Dave Reim, Questline President. “We’re thrilled with this office. It gives us enough room to comfortably add new employees and additional space as we continue to gain utility client business and expand our offerings. We’re already enjoying our new Dublin home.”
The move is a win-win for Questline and the city of Dublin. In October, city leaders provided Questline with a $12,000 location grant; and approved a 5-year, 15% performance incentive on withholdings collected on new employees from 2016 to 2020. In turn, Questline agreed to add at least 19 new jobs in Dublin by the end of 2020. The State of Ohio also provided economic development incentives to Questline to retain and expand its workforce and investment in Ohio.
“We applaud the combined efforts of the city of Dublin and State of Ohio for their shared commitment to continued economic development,” Reim said.
Questline’s Dublin headquarters features new edge lit LED lighting; recessed LED halo lights, and occupancy sensors. These upgrades are especially important to Questline, an energy efficiency champion.
Questline now has its own fully-equipped, state-of-the-art, soundproof post production suite for the in-house creation of video, audio, webinars and other multimedia content.
“This investment gives us the opportunity to super-charge creation of inventive, new multimedia communications for our utility clients,” said Elizabeth Scoville, VP, Questline Business Strategy and Marketing. “Like many of us, energy consumers spend more and more time each day engaging and interacting with new media communications like online videos, podcasts and animations. Now we have a phenomenal in-house studio to expand upon our body of multimedia work.”
Designed with an open concept floor plan, the space encourages employee movement and collaboration. With plentiful meeting rooms, the environment is ideal for hosting utility customers.
“Our new space is beautifully designed, but it’s also beautifully functional allowing us to continue offering our clients an exceptional level of service,” said Susan Kownacki, VP, Questline Account Services. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen serves as a break room. Employees have easy access to one of Dublin’s many walking/jogging/bike paths that is just behind the property.
Questline’s move Monday was a seamless one, with no client service interruptions. The company’s corporate phone number remains the same: 800-242-3654.
