With any real estate transaction, whether it is purchasing a new home or investment property, or selling a home, 10% of Michelle’s commission will be donated to Special Camp for Special Kids in the client’s name.  Michelle works with California's top ranked independent real estate firm, First Team Laguna Niguel and can help both home buyers and home sellers in Laguna Niguel and surrounding areas.

Special Camp for Special Kids provides a revolutionary educational and recreational summer day camp for youth with disabilities, in one-to-one peer relationships, with volunteer counselors.
