Prior to joining Amerhart, Rick spent eight years serving as General Manager at Northville Lumber Company in Northville, Michigan. There he was instrumental in increasing sales revenue fivefold. He accomplished this through a philosophy of selling projects, not quoting items. Rick prepares his team for success by leading them to be project focused, while providing excellent customer service.
