RJN Group is excited to welcome Andy Dettmer, Ph.D., P.E. as the Vice President of Water Services, where he will promote our expanding role in the water assessment services market.

Mr. Dettmer will serve in the capacity of Vice President of Water Services, overseeing the expansion of RJN's potable water services across national markets.
Mr. Dettmer brings more than 20 years of experience in engineering and project management to RJN's leadership team.

Dettmer earned his Ph.D. in civil engineering, as well as a MS and MBA from Louisiana Tech University.
With a focus on results-oriented and innovative solutions, Andy will directly shape and advance the expansion of RJN's condition assessment services in water and wastewater systems through his in-depth knowledge and practical application of advanced inspection technologies and rehabilitation methods. As a recognized leader in the assessment and renewal of pressure systems, our clients will benefit from his experience in developing programs, collecting and analyzing data, lifecycle projections, capital planning and developing long-term and affordable asset management strategies.
