Outsourced Accounting Firm's Tremendous Growth Fuels Senior Management Expansion

Reina Marie G. Bengco, CPA, now serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO); Leamsi S. Tulabut, CPA, is the new Chief People Officer; and Lynaira Ann Y. Pineda, CPA, has been promoted to Growth & Strategy Officer.
In her role as COO, Bengco will oversee Scrubbed's client operations function to ensure the company continually delivers quality service to businesses that depend on its outsourced accounting and finance services. She will also harmonize operations needs across the company's finance, IT, and HR capabilities. Bengco's 16+ years of experience includes auditing responsibilities at PwC, where she served clients in professional services, financial services, manufacturing, and distribution. She also headed up the accounting and finance group of an international school and a family office before joining Scrubbed.
As Chief People Officer, Tulabut will oversee Scrubbed's internal HR function along with its Human Capital Group, ensuring the company's employees deliver exceptional support to both internal and external clients. During her 16-year career, she has served as an external auditor with Deloitte, an internal auditor for a major hospitality company, and a financial accountant at a multinational advertising and media company prior to joining Scrubbed.
As Growth & Strategy Officer, Pineda will develop strategic plans and models to guide Scrubbed's efforts to expand globally and explore opportunities to start or acquire additional businesses that complement the company's core capabilities. Lynaira has more than a decade of corporate finance experience. During a previous role in advisory services with KPMG, she performed financial forecasting and modeling, conducted financial due diligence, supported buy-side and sell-side transactions, and drafted comprehensive business plans for a wide range of clients.
