Shutters' celebrates its 30th birthday with rosé themed events and debuts its al fresco Jazz Brunch
SANTA MONICA, Calif., June 5, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Santa Monica's seaside retreat and arbiter of the coastal-chic lifestyle, Shutters on the Beach, commemorates its 30th birthday with 30 days of rosé themed celebration in concert with National Rosé Month.
"We are thrilled to be celebrating 30 years of exceptional service, genuine hospitality, and cherished moments with our loyal guests, friends, neighbors, and our valued team members," said Christophe Baraton, General Manager, Shutters on the Beach.
Throughout the month of June, hotel guests and Angelenos alike can select from a unique Rosé Every Dayselection by the glass, curated by Owen Edson, Shutters' Director of Food and Beverage. Offered in the Living Room and newly reimagined al fresco Courtyard, noteworthy sips include Davis Bynum, The Fableist and Flowers Rosés. The entire calendar can be found
here.
"I selected an eclectic list of blushes, from the Coast of Sonoma to the Côtes de Provence. Some we will only feature for a day, so this is a rare opportunity to try them all at our special birthday price," encourages Edson.
Debuting June 10th, exclusively in the Shutters' Courtyard, is the new Bubbles and Jazz Brunch every Saturday. Guests can choose from tapas-style benedicts, sizzling skillets and brunch classics while enjoying the Seaside Jazz Trio featuring prominent local vocalists weekly. Adding extra sparkle to the occasion – a selection of vintage and non-vintage champagnes from Perrier-Jouët, the renowned Épernay, France-based producer, served from a vintage-style champagne cart. In addition, Managing Director, Charlie Lopez-Quintana and Christophe Baraton will co-host a private VIP and in-house guest reception on June 8th complete with complimentary glasses of Perrier-Jouët Rosé.
Additional celebratory programming includes pink themed craft cocktails in 1 Pico Restaurant, specialty rose desserts in Coast Beach Café and Bar, Frosés on the pool terrace and a photo-worthy blooming wall at the hotel's entrance. Guests of ONE Spa who select a pink shade for their manicure or pedicure will receive a complimentary glass of rosé afterward in the Living Room, served against a backdrop of panoramic views of the golden beach and sparkling Pacific Ocean.
