Simmi Bhuller Named Publisher and Chief Revenue Officer at The Chronicle of Higher Education Inc.
Simran "Simmi" Bhuller appointed as the next publisher and chief revenue officer at The Chronicle of Higher Education Inc. In the capacity, Ms. Bhuller will lead all business functions for both The Chronicle of Higher Education and The Chronicle of Philanthropy, reporting directly to the President and Editor-in-Chief, Michael Riley.
WASHINGTON, Jan. 10, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Chronicle of Higher Education Inc. today announced that Simran (Simmi) Bhuller will be its next publisher and chief revenue officer. Bhuller comes to The Chronicle from PerfectServe, a Knoxville, Tenn.-based health-care-communications company, where she served as vice president for sales and operations.
Before joining PerfectServe, Bhuller spent more than 16 years developing and leading research and insights at EAB, formerly the Education Advisory Board, a research and analysis firm specializing in student enrollment and strategic services for schools and colleges. As a managing director and then executive director of EAB's research business, Bhuller led a team of more than 70 to build new products to serve higher ed. After leaving EAB, Bhuller worked as an executive director at Politico, where she started AgencyIQ, a research business designed to serve federal agencies.

Bhuller is a graduate of George Mason University, in government and international politics, and will continue to serve as secretary of the Board of Visitors at the institution through the end of her term in June 2023.
