With its latest update, InformaCast Fusion now includes the ability for users to self-register, utilize dynamic replies, and take advantage of failover for enhanced resiliency. - Self-registration: People within an organization can now register to receive InformaCast notifications using a URL or QR code. Invitations to self-register can be customized with an organization's branding, and users can select which distribution lists they would like to subscribe to.
- Dynamic Replies: System administrators can now automatically follow up with custom notifications depending on a recipient's response to an initial message. For example, the first five recipients to an available work shift will get a message confirming they are coming in, while recipients that respond after the shift have been filled will be told their assistance is no longer required.
- Failover: This feature works in conjunction with the already available distributed activation and survivable remote site notification (SRSN) to increase the dependability of InformaCast Fusion. It provides a safety net for organizations should their network go down or their notification system fail, mitigating the risk when trying to protect people from dangerous situations.
InformaCast Fusion is a mass notification system that reaches on-premises and mobile devices with critical safety information. Text and audio can be sent to IP phones, IP speakers, digital signage, desktop computers, mobile devices and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams to help reach the widest audience possible with alerts that impact their safety.
