Softek International (Softek) Wins Five-Year Enterprise Architecture and Information Technology Management Support Contract for Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)
SOFTEK selected to support DISA's Operations Center Mission (OCM) in providing IT Service Management (ITSM) and process improvement expertise, which includes proposal assessments, design, build and implementation.

(Softek), a professional services company specializing in Information Technology services is pleased to announce that the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) has awarded the company "Enterprise Architecture and Information Technology Management Support" prime contract. This contract supports DISA Chief Information Officer (CIO) by promoting and facilitating the use of architecture products to support Information Technology investment planning, requirements definition, programming, technology standardization and other decision processes related to the management if information technology.
As the prime contractor, Softek International will provide highly technical experts to the DISA CIO Enterprise Architecture and DISA Global Change and Configuration Management offices. Team has been tasked to provide necessary support to carry out process and ITSM strategic and tactical design and implementation capabilities in support of existing and future DISA ITSM capabilities. "All expertise provided will be informed by Federal regulations and legislation along with industry accepted frameworks and practices such as the ITIL, ISO standards and Defense Enterprise Service Management Framework (DESMF)," said Softek's CEO, Anshu Sinha. Among other responsibilities, team will perform Enterprise Architecture Assessment Compliance, maintain EA IT Portfolio Management Information Environment and provide OCM Strategic Support for the Agency's ITSM Initiatives.
Enterprise Architecture and information Technology Management Support is a five-year contract that will run through 2024.
