Prior to joining Flume Health, Kevin served as Director of Operations at Benovation, a Cincinnati-based medical third party administrator (TPA), responsible for operations, compliance, and sales. During his 10-year tenure, he consistently topped the TPA industry in cost containment and customer service metrics. Kevin also serves as chairman of the Society of Professional Benefits Administrators (SPBA), the largest TPA professional organization, where he regularly consults with industry leaders and lawmakers on federal and state healthcare initiatives.
