Robert McKeown agreed to a master franchise deal this Spring to take ownership of the Palm Beach County area, working with unit franchise locations from communities from Vero Beach to Pompano Beach.

McKeown, a Kentucky native who has lived and worked in New York for nearly three decades, will now oversee roughly three dozen existing Stratus Building Solutions locations. He brings a wealth of experience in sales and marketing, as well as small business ownership experience in wholesale food equipment. McKeown said his decision was based on a combination of factors including both the business model and opportunities in a new region, allowing him to still own and direct his business in New York but hand off day-to-day operations in order to focus on his new venture with Stratus Building Solutions.

McKeown's tenure with Stratus Building Solutions began effective June 1. His first several weeks taking over operations showed Stratus Building Solutions corporate office in Los Angeles what success lies ahead in Florida.
