The new locale is the firm's 25th franchise among its growing network of offices in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. The Denver office will be led by seasoned luxury real estate agents and managing partners, Kacey Bingham and Jared Blank. The Agency currently has an office in Aspen, Colorado.

With a decade of industry experience, Kacey Bingham brings creativity and tenacity to every facet of her career. Prior to joining The Agency she was a top-producing broker on The Blank and Bingham Team at LIV Sotheby's International Realty, which is comprised of herself alongside partner Jared Blank, his father Steve Blank. From first-time homebuyers to new development sales and implementation, Bingham prides herself on providing the ultimate level of service with unmatched knowledge and expertise in the buying and selling process. A Denver native, she received a Bachelor of Science in Communication Management from the University of Denver, was a competitive figure skater, and is a U.S. Figure Skating double gold medalist. When not selling real estate, she enjoys giving her time to various causes including the Global Down Syndrome Foundation and We Don't Waste, a non-profit organization that supports the local community and environment by reclaiming and redistributing quality food to those in need.
A third-generation real estate broker, Jared Blank brings passion, dedication, and a decade of real estate and architectural experience to The Agency. A Colorado native, Blank previously served as a top-producing broker alongside his partner, Kacey Bingham at LIV Sotheby's International Realty. With a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Colorado, he has worked on large-scale commercial projects, with experience working for two local design firms that specialized in building custom homes and mixed-use, multi-family projects. LEED AP accredited, Blank's focused skillset complements the highly detailed, comprehensive service he provides to his clients. He currently lives in South Denver with his wife and son and enjoys spending his free time traveling, skiing, and exploring Colorado's great outdoors.
