The Executive Women's Forum on Information Security, Risk Management & Privacy is now accepting submissions for their EWF Allyship Award! Learn how YOU can nominate an ally from YOUR organization.
FLEMINGTON, N.J., July 6, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Executive Women's Forum on Information Security, Risk Management & Privacy (EWF) is thrilled to announce that this year they are opening up their EWF Allyship Award to the community for nomination to acknowledge allies within the Information Security, Privacy, or Risk space. The EWF understands that allyship is critical when it comes to women succeeding in our heavily male-dominated field, and believes that those who foster and amplify the work of the rising women in their organizations deserve recognition. The EWF Allyship Award is our way of celebrating those who help the women in their companies succeed.
In the past, the EWF has awarded male allies who they have witnessed going above and beyond for their female colleagues. This year, the EWF is seeking submissions from other organizations, and is also accepting nominations for both female and male allies alike.
"The EWF's mission has always been to empower women at every stage of their career," says Joyce Brocaglia, EWF's Founder and CEO. "In our twenty-first year as the premier membership organization for women in tech, the EWF is excited to recognize the allies and their role in helping women fulfill their potential."
The recipients will receive their Allyship Award at the EWF's Annual Conference which will be held in San Antonio, TX, November 7-9. Award finalists will also be publicly recognized for their efforts.
