GREENSBORO, N.C., Dec. 15, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Larson Group Peterbilt (TLG), a Peterbilt dealership company with locations in eight states, recently announced its acquisition of Piedmont Peterbilt, a dealership in Greensboro, N.C. The acquisition will be TLG's fourth N.C. location and 23rd location overall.
Piedmont Peterbilt will close on Dec. 11 and re-open as TLG Peterbilt - Greensboro the following Monday, Dec. 14, when TLG will formally assume ownership. TLG Peterbilt - Greensboro will be a full-service dealership, offering new and used Peterbilt trucks for sale, parts, service, and a body shop.
Similarly to TLG, Piedmont Peterbilt is a family-owned company operating since 1990.

TLG first expanded into the Carolinas in 2015. TLG has dealership locations in Raleigh, Charlotte, and Dunn N.C. and dealership locations in Florence and Harleyville, S.C. TLG also has a TRP store location in North Charleston, S.C.
Location and Hours of Operation
Piedmont Peterbilt is located at 7061 Albert Pick Road, off exit 210 on I-40. For parts and service, its operating hours are 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. For sales, its operating hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Its body shop is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
