The new locale, which will be known as The Agency Coeur d'Alene, is the firm's second office in the state of Idaho, joining the brokerage's growing network of more than 80 offices in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe. The Coeur d'Alene office will be led by industry veterans and Managing Partners Greg Link and Bobby Carmody. The Agency currently has an office in Boise, Idaho.

Having helped more than 1,200 families buy and sell real estate, Greg has solidified his reputation as an expert negotiator with the highest integrity and specialized insight into the residential market. His laidback and fun-loving approach has attracted some of the area's top-tier talent to The Agency while also ensuring transactions are both stress-free and rewarding for clients. Greg spent his early childhood in Idaho and adolescence in New York. He moved back to Coeur d'Alene after high school and focused on building his family and small business. As the founder and CEO of a construction clean-up and janitorial company, Greg learned the ins and outs of operating a business, from managing people to tough yet fair contract negotiations. As he gained more exposure to the real estate industry through his wife, who worked for a small local brokerage founded by his grandmother, he felt inspired to make a career shift. In his first years as an agent, Greg became an expert in short sales and foreclosures. With his thirst for knowledge and deep-rooted community ties, he strategically and sustainably scaled his business to incorporate luxury homes and investment properties.
