The Trade Group's Stephanie Chavez Recognized as a Cynopsis Top Women in Media Honoree
Chavez, the head of marketing for The Trade Group, Event Architecture, and Abacus3, was recognized in the "Directors Who Do It All" category. She will join other Cynopsis honorees at the Top Women in Media Gala Dinner in New York City on September 9, 2019.
DALLAS, July 31, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Trade Group, a full-service event marketing and creative design firm, is pleased to announce that the company's Director of Marketing Stephanie Chavez has been named as a 2019 Cynopsis Top Women in Media honoree in the "Directors Who Do It All" category. Chavez was nominated for the honor by her colleague Becca Dewosky, Marketing Coordinator at The Trade Group.
The annual Top Women in Media honorees are chosen by Cynopsis Media, a publisher of free trade publications for the television, media, digital and sports TV industries. The Cynopsis awards honor the "best of the best" in every facet of the media industry, including TV, digital/tech, esports, sports and advertising. Cynopsis describes the honorees as women who make "bold decisions at every level, agents of change and champions of excellence who are instrumental in driving their businesses forward."

Chavez joined The Trade Group as Marketing Director in 2015, where she was tasked with building the company's internal marketing department and inbound sales. In 2017, she also took on marketing director duties for Event Architecture, a provider of a provider of modular architectural structures for live events. In addition, Chavez was named Vice President of Marketing for Abacus3, when The Trade Group annexed the builder of world class esports and gaming centers in 2018.
