- Communications Advancements - SMS Automated Communications to owners on key events like charges applied/paid for a better resident experience and the association. In addition, this release features a SouthData SmartConnect integration to leverage one of the most reliable print and mail solutions on the market.
- Accounting Improvements provide significant improvements along with streamlined and new automations for both AR (Accounts Receivable) and AP (Accounts Payable) workflows providing a digital transformation for current manual accounting processes.
- Request Management & Communications enhancements were designed to create happier residents and property managers. TOPS' native general request feature allows resident requests for maintenance, architectural and general inquiries to come in via phone, email, or text to a "general request module" that allows for property managers to track tickets, requests and more.
