Nationwide mortgage lender selects Columbia, Missouri native to lead operational production and growth
COLUMBIA, Mo., May 17, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Total Lending Concepts (TLC) recently announced that Rory Dunham has been named as Chief Operating Officer.
Dunham's mortgage career began in April 2006 at Allied Mortgage Group. In July 2013, Providence Bank acquired Allied Mortgage Group. Rory remained working at Providence Bank in Columbia, MO until he was transferred to Grapevine, TX in October 2014. TLC was excited to bring Rory to their team in April 2019.
Dunham's industry experience is extensive—including building and leading a $1B Midwest bank's mortgage operation, as well as managing transactions ranging from $75k to $8M. His background and experiences have led him to bring immense value to both potential homebuyers and referral partners.
