Frutkin acts as General Counsel to several of Radix's business clients. He has been recognized for his work in mergers and acquisitions as well as securities law. He has also acted as lead counsel in complex multi-million dollar commercial litigation. Gilbert is known for his work on business matters with a focus on real estate law as well as estate planning. Gilbert Joined the firm in late 2017 when Radix Law merged with Alvarez and Gilbert.
