USCI launches a new online high school program that includes general and career-driven secondary education pathways. Rolling enrollment and flexible payment plans make it easier for students to enroll in online high school.
FORT COLLINS, Colo., July 26, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- U.S. Career Institute, a leader in online certificate and degree programs for more than 40 years, has now launched USCI High School, a flexible, 100% online option for students who learn better outside of a traditional classroom to earn their diploma.
"Online education is a part of our 21st century educational landscape, and USCI High School provides an option for students seeking a high school education that works for their unique circumstances and goals," said Megan Bowen, Director of USCI High School, ahead of the program's July 26 launch.
Any student who is at least 13 and has completed eighth grade is eligible to enroll in the online high school program. Students can transfer in up to 18 high school credits toward their diploma.
USCI High School's self-paced online programs include a general diploma option as well as five career pathways that can give students a head start in their chosen career field: business, health care, veterinary, paralegal or fitness.
"When a student enrolls in a career pathway, they will take a few elective courses that focus on a field of study they might like to work in, such as health care or business," said Jennifer Manns, Director of Admissions and Student Relations. "For example, this might include a lesson on safety, first aid and vital signs for the health care pathway. If the student likes the pathway and wants to learn a related career, they have the option to enroll in one of USCI's non-degree or degree programs after completing their USCI High School diploma."
USCI High School offers open enrollment, so students can sign up and start their course work at any time. There are no hidden fees: The price includes everything students need to succeed, including tuition, course materials, and access to skilled instructors. Payment plans are available to make these programs as affordable as possible for students and parents.
