Valiant Residential named number one midsize company in DFW: Multi-family company continues to thrive after DMN Top Recognition

DALLAS, June 24, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- This past November, The Dallas Morning News named Valiant Residential the number one midsize company to work for in Dallas. Since that time, Valiant has grown exponentially and achieved new heights. Most notably, the company reached a milestone of acquiring more than 20,000 units under its management portfolio.
Since first being recognized by the DMN in 2017, Valiant has made the DMN Top 100 list four times, each year moving up the list to now claiming the number one spot. In addition, they have been awarded other titles by DMN including best direction and best execution. Craig Lashley, president and CEO of Valiant, said that the journey to earning this recognition has been quite a ride.

Valiant Residential, formerly known as SIMC Management, was founded in 1987 with one community in Fort Worth and only four team members. Since then, the company has grown to 90 communities across Texas, Oklahoma and Florida with more than 450 team members and 22,000 units under management. Todd Parks, vice president of Valiant Residential, said this is only the beginning.
