Vbrick Appoints Annukka Piironen as Vice President of Global Customer Experience

Prior to her role at Vbrick, Piironen was the VP of Client Experience at Acendre, a SaaS provider of Talent and Performance Management solutions. Previous to Acendre, she led and managed the Project Management Office (PMO) responsible for delivery, revenue, forecasting, and customer satisfaction for Riverbed, a world leader in WAN optimization products and services. She joined Riverbed when it acquired OPNET where she started as the first professional services engineer and went on to build OPNET's world class professional services organization from the ground-up that ultimately contributed to the company's successful IPO.
