The Vessel Registrar Center is Designed to Assist Vessel Owners With Documentation Throughout the Course of Owning a Vessel
BILLINGS, Mont., June 26, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Vessel Registrar Center, a site that helps vessel owners with multiple forms such as the application for initial exchange or replacement of certificate of documentation among others, recently launched their new website. This site is specifically designed to be able to assist vessel owners with their documentation while providing educational resources.
According to 46 CFR 67, "a Certificate of Documentation is required for the operation of a vessel in certain trades, serves as evidence of vessel nationality, and permits a vessel to be subject to preferred mortgages."
The Vessel Registrar Center's new site was created to enable vessel owners to find and complete their vessel documentation online. Optimized for mobile devices, the site makes it possible for vessel owners to apply through their mobile devices, laptops, and similar internet-connected technology.
To further expedite the process, the Vessel Registrar Center employs document processors. These processors proofread every form so that there are no errors during processing.
The Vessel Registrar Center site is protected by SSL encryption. In addition to completing initial documentation, vessel owners can also use the site to renew their documentation, to reinstate it, to obtain a certified copy, and more.
