PORTSMOUTH, N.H., May 22, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Water Country, New England's largest water park is celebrating 35 years of fun in 2019 with the addition of its newest attraction – The Patriot, an exhilarating free fall speed slide experience.
Opening early summer, The Patriot will stand tall and take brave riders to a towering height of 58 feet. Once they reach the top of the tower, they'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Park before sliding into a fully enclosed portion of the slide. Within seconds, riders will feel the rush of gravity as they plunge close to six-stories down the vibrant red, white and blue flume, all before making a huge splash in the runout below.

Located next to the Park's Triple Giant Slides, The Patriot replaces the former Geronimo attraction and maintains a similar experience that Water Country guests have grown to love.
Water Country will open its gates for its exciting 35th anniversary season at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 8. Discounted admission tickets for opening weekend are just $35 for guests 48 inches and taller, and $19.84 for guests under 48 inches, a nod to the Park's 1984 opening.
