STEPHEN W. ERHART, ESQ.
Mr. Erhart is a graduate of University of Baltimore School of Law. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Louise G. Scrivener of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. Prior to joining Wilson & Parlett, Mr. Erhart was an associate at McCarthy Wilson where he was a litigator representing a variety of individual, institutional, and commercial clients. Mr. Erhart now represents the interests of injury victims in State and Federal courts and before the Workers’ Compensation Commission and the Social Security Administration.
TURNER H. SOTHORON, ESQ.
Mr. Sothoron is a graduate of North Carolina Central University School of Law. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Maureen M. Lamasney and the Honorable Crystal D. Mittelstaedt of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County. Mr. Sothoron concentrates his practice on personal injury, workers’ compensation and social security disability claims.
TREVOR M. ROSE, ESQ.
Mr. Rose is a graduate of American University’s Washington College of Law, Cum Laude, in 2004. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable C. Philip Nichols, Jr. of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County. Prior to joining Wilson & Parlett, Mr. Rose was an associate at Willoner, Calabrese & Rosen, P.A. where he represented clients in civil matters. Mr. Rose will continue to represent clients in personal injury, workers’ compensation, social security disability claims, and domestic law matters.
JUDGE RICHARD H. SOTHORON, JR. (ret.)
Former Judge Sothoron re-entered private practice in 2008 after serving 16 years on the Circuit Court of Prince George’s County. Among the many honors bestowed while a jurist, Mr. Sothoron received the prestigious “Judge Anselm Sodaro Judicial Award” in 2006 as the "Outstanding Trial Judge in the State of Maryland." Judge Sothoron is a former president of the Prince George’s County Bar Association (1990-91) and the Maryland State Bar Association (2000-01). He was an active trial attorney for 20 years prior to his judicial appointment, and will continue his practice at Wilson & Parlett concentrating on civil, criminal, and administrative matters. Additionally, he will continue his extensive mediation and arbitration practice throughout Maryland, assisting litigants to successfully resolve their cases. Wilson & Parlett is honored to have Judge Sothoron as Of Counsel to the firm.
