Women of Global Change Donates Over $4,500 to Fight Homelessness and Food Insecurity
Women of Global Change collaborated with Miriam's Kitchen to raise over $4,500 to feed families and help the homeless in Washington, DC. As we leap into spring the organization will continue to need help while they positively impact their community with meals and housing.
WASHINGTON, Feb. 23, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Homelessness and food inequality have been on the rise since the start of the pandemic. As a result, Women of Global Change took up the challenge to raise funds to help those in need in Washington, D.C. Through a Global Giving Campaign, the organization was able to successfully raise over $4,500 to help Miriam's Kitchen. Miriam's Kitchen is a fellow non-profit that helps families who are struggling with food insecurity, homelessness and are working to improve domestic relationships for the betterment of families.
