Woodard Cleaning & Restoration Moves to New Crestwood Location
Woodard Cleaning & Restoration opens a new location at 9490 Watson Road in Crestwood. This new site location will serve as the operational and office headquarters for Woodard. Their retail location in Rock Hill remains open to customers.
ST. LOUIS, Dec. 30, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Woodard Cleaning & Restoration is thrilled to announce its move to the Crestwood area! The property is located off Watson Road, just east of Sappington Road. This new site location will serve as the operational and office headquarters for Woodard. Woodard's Rug Care Center will remain open at 9308 Manchester Road and serve as their retail location.

In February of 2019, Woodard lost one of their production warehouses in a fire. Since then half of their production staff has been working out of a temporary facility. There are four main buildings that made up the Woodard campus including two production warehouses, an office space, and the Rug Care Center. The Rug Care Center, located at 9308 Manchester Road, will remain open in Rock Hill as Woodard's retail location for furniture, rug, and cushion cleaning. Woodard's valued customers can continue to utilize this location as they have for years.
Woodard's new location in Crestwood has allowed them to consolidate the Woodard campus to one building. Now, Woodard has over 100,000 square feet of newly renovated office space and provides the most modern and state of the art environment for their employees.
"The fire simply expedited our plans to bring the majority of Woodard together," continued Dave Christoff. "We began phase one of the move, which included demolition and renovations, over six months ago! In mid-December, we completed phase two as we moved in our production staff. Our third and final phase is expected to be complete by Summer 2021 which includes building out the office area and moving in our staff. This is an incredibly exciting time for Woodard and the City of Crestwood!"
The City of Crestwood is also welcoming a joint venture between McBride Homes and J.H. Berra Construction, to develop the land in conjunction with Dierbergs Market. This joint venture is to develop the former site of Crestwood Mall, located across from Woodard. Their development plans include residential housing, commercial office space, various retail outlets including a grocery store and restaurants.
Woodard's new location will allow for the third-generation, family-owned business to continue to grow. As the company expands, they will be able to serve more of the community as they help those in need of cleaning and restoration services get back to their lives.
