SAN DIEGO, Jan. 24, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Workwell Technologies signed an agreement to acquire Acroprint, a time recording company serving millions of employees worldwide. Acroprint will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Workwell Technologies.
The acquisition is a strategic pairing of Workwell Technologies, a leading provider of modern cloud-based workforce management systems and Acroprint's historic suite of popular time recording devices. Acroprint has a 50-year legacy of equipping hundreds of thousands of businesses with time clocks.
