Xenon Partners Announces Acquisition of Metricfire
Xenon Partners, a software-focused technology private equity firm, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Metricfire, a leading provider in time series data monitoring. Metricfire boasts two products that help developers and IT administrators monitor large quantities of performance metrics.

Information monitoring tooling provides monitoring to various hardware and infrastructure components for cloud infrastructure and other IT installations. Metricfire provides a complete infrastructure and application monitoring platform from a suite of open source monitoring tools, including the software monitoring platform Graphite and the newly popular Prometheus platform.
