SAN DIEGO, May 15, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- T3 Sixty, the residential real estate brokerage industry's top consulting and research firm, honored four industry trailblazers at its annual real estate leader think tank T3 Summit with a Visionary Award. The award honors industry visionaries who have not only impacted their own organizations to a great degree but also the industry.
"These four exceptional entrepreneurs have rewritten the rules for the residential real estate brokerage industry and have during the last few years and shaped the way the home buying transaction is delivered," said T3 Sixty CEO Stefan Swanepoel. "They have changed the lives of hundreds of thousands of Realtors and how they work with homebuyers and homesellers."
T3 Sixty presented the four Visionary Awards for 2019 to:
Robert Reffkin, Compass co-founder and CEO
After raising almost $1.2 billion, putting its latest valuation at approximately $4.4 billion, Compass executed a string of key acquisitions including Pacific Union International, Paragon Real Estate, Alain Pinel Realtors and Stribling & Associates. These acquisitions made 7-year-old Compass the nation's third largest brokerage, according to the 2019 Mega 1000 brokerage rankings.
Glenn Kelman, Redfin CEO
After a successful IPO in 2017, Redfin, the tech-centric discount brokerage that Kelman has run for a decade, continues to impress more and more every year. Redfin is making waves both as a change-agent and as a growing national brokerage. Its powerful team of approximately 1,250 agents generated over $25 billion in sales volume in 2018, making it the nation's fifth largest brokerage.
Glenn Sanford, eXp Realty founder and chairman
Sanford heads up leads the fast-growing national cloud-based real estate brokerage company eXp Realty, which now has over 16,000 agents. The company was listed on NASDAQ in 2018 bringing the company's valuation to over $1 billion. With an annual sales volume of over $20 billion, eXp Realty now the nation's sixth largest real estate brokerage.

In addition to co-founding Zillow Group in 2005, Barton co-founded online travel company Expedia and job search engine and career community Glassdoor.
