After a long pause on gatherings, Chattanooga's live music and event scene is booming with concerts, outdoor movie nights and fireworks. Here are 4 Scenic City summertime ways to spend the Fourth of July weekend with family in Chattanooga:
1. LIVE MUSIC
- July 2: Nightfall Concert Series hosts its traditional free Friday night live music series, followed by the Lookout Wild Film Festival. Located in Miller Plaza and Miller Park.
- July 3: Music & Movie on the Green features live music from Nubreed and a showing of Spider-man: Into the Spider-Verse. Located on the Chattanooga Green at Ross's Landing in the Riverfront District.
2. GOOD EATS
- July 3: Enjoy a Star Spangled Picnic on the lawn of the Chattanooga Theatre Center. The Tennessee River and adjacent Coolidge Park complete this ideal backdrop for the theatre's BBQ fundraiser.
