BrandActive Celebrates Its 25th Anniversary Offering Unique Brand Implementation Services
TORONTO (PRWEB) July 24, 2023 -- BrandActive, a brand implementation and operations consultancy, is celebrating its 25th anniversary of supporting Fortune 500 clients through the process of implementing reconceptualized identities in the marketplace. While one in five small businesses fail, BrandActive has thrived by remaining focused on a unique niche in the market while growing a compassionate commercial venture.
Robynne Budish and James Burn, BrandActive’s founding partners, had worked with marketing leaders for years on the creative aspects of brand change when they were struck by an unmet need. Soon thereafter, BrandActive emerged as a bespoke solution to meet this need. Looking beyond the strategic and creative process, this new service provided brands with everything they needed to effectively bring their new identity to life.
BrandActive, by design, led the way in defining best practices for brand implementation, both internally and in the marketplace – whether the result of a major rebrand or brand refresh, a merger or acquisition or other major driver.
“We’ve grown into a company doing something that no one else does. We’re always agile in the face of change, but we grow inside of our skills and core competencies. And then we expand our capabilities out of that,” said Philip Guiliano, partner.
BrandActive launched a brand and marketing operations service during the COVID-19 pandemic to serve both new and existing clients while remaining true to the organization’s niche. The service, which helps brands optimize the efficiency of its marketing organization, also allowed BrandActive to take an unorthodox approach to protecting jobs.
“We knew rebranding activity was likely to slow down during the pandemic and that it would negatively impact revenue. But rather than resort to slash-and-burn cost reduction tactics, we banked on our expertise,” said Robynne Budish. “Launching our BMO practice allowed us to weather the storm while continuing to protect our number one asset – our people.”
The partners started BrandActive with the intent to create a compassionate commercial venture and have fostered a culture since based on three core values: trust, agility and growth. All decisions, from hiring to fiscal planning to external partnerships, are made through the lens of these values.
“If you do the right thing and prioritize the right things, the success and ‘good stuff’ comes on its own. We’ve built our business around trust and taking care of our people,” said James Burn. “And we’ve achieved success every year for as many years as we can remember.”
BrandActive has grown to more than 100 team members across both the U.S. and Canada.
