Interactive learning pioneer Brilliant Worldwide, Inc. ("Brilliant") is pleased to announce its acquisition of All Together Labs, Inc. ("Hellosaurus"), an award-winning interactive video learning platform.
SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 06, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Interactive learning pioneer Brilliant Worldwide, Inc. ("Brilliant") is pleased to announce its acquisition of All Together Labs, Inc. ("Hellosaurus"), an award-winning interactive video learning platform. This acquisition will further Brilliant's mission of accelerating the world to active learning, and delivering best-in-class interactive experiences to its over 12 million users.
Based in New York, Hellosaurus is a software and entertainment company that distributes interactive programming for kids from leading children's creators like The Wiggles, Kids Diana, Mother Goose Club and Laurie Berkner via an iOS and Android application (the "Hellosaurus App"). The technology that underlies the Hellosaurus App, including Hellosaurus's proprietary no-code video editor and mobile tech infrastructure, enables the development and scaled distribution of interactive video on any mobile platform.
