Building Champions Announces New Chief Operating Officer Dan Foster
Newberg, Oregon resident and former VP of Sales & Marketing promoted to C-Suite, bringing more than 20 years of leadership and coaching experience to executive coaching firm
LAKE OSWEGO, Ore., Oct. 3, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Building Champions, Inc. Founder and CEO, Daniel Harkavy, names former Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Dan Foster, as Chief Operating Officer.
Daniel Harkavy, Founder and CEO, said, "The timing is right for Dan Foster to co-lead and manage Building Champions. He is a proven and well-respected leader of our coaches, accounts, and sales and marketing efforts. Dan has demonstrated deep knowledge of systems and the ever-transforming digital landscape. This move allows me the freedom to focus more time on new business relationships, strategies, and growth as well as serve as Founder and Chairman of our soon-to-be launched community benefit non-profit, SetPath. Foster joined Building Champions in 2011 as an Executive Coach before moving to the leadership team as Principal Coach and Vice President of Coaching Services in 2019. He transitioned to Vice President of Sales in 2020 and also took the lead of Marketing in 2021. Foster's professional background includes more than 20 years of leadership experience within the industries of real estate, executive coaching, sales and marketing. Foster first served as Principal Broker for The Conifer Group, Inc. before leading as Managing Principal Broker at Prudential Northwest Properties—where he discovered the power of coaching after becoming a client of Building Champions. He applied coaching principles to his management style and saw record results.
