CME Services, LLC Grows Up and Moves Out
Aging sewer infrastructure results in growth spurt for Tri-State sewer repair company
CINCINNATI, July 10, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- CME Services, LLC, who has been repairing residential, commercial and industrial sewers and process pipes in the Tri-State for almost 20 years, recently moved from its 4,000 sqft rented space to its newly purchased and refurbished 15,000 sqft building on Mosteller Road.
"Getting everything into our old shop was like a game of Tetris," says owner Chuck Menkhaus, "we have grown incredibly fast and really needed to find a new home."
Cincinnati's aging infrastructure is being challenged by the city's topography, flora and the ground's soil and rock composition. The region's old clay and concrete pipes are cracking, allowing soil and gravel to enter and fill the pipe as well as tree roots looking for their food source. All of this results in clogged pipes and sewer back-ups. Repairing these is CME's core business, giving them unparalleled experience – and growth – in the Tri-State area.
After looking at a number of commercial buildings Chuck settled on 12077 Mosteller Road. "The location is ideal with straightforward access to 275" says Chuck, and while the site itself needed some work to become the perfect home for CME, the price was right and everything fell into place.
Since its inception in 1999, CME Services, LLC has been keeping up with new technologies – and developing their own – to eliminate sewer and process-pipe problems for its residential, industrial and commercial customers with minimal disruption to their daily lives.
