Happy Hauntings Begins at Dutch Wonderland This Weekend
Family-friendly Halloween theming, the Trick-or-Treat Trail, and more than 30 attractions headline annual special event
LANCASTER, Pa., Oct. 17, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The happiest Halloween event in Pennsylvania is about to return! Happy Hauntings kicks off at Dutch Wonderland this weekend and runs Saturdays and Sundays through Nov. 3. This special event sees the Park transform with family-friendly Halloween décor and features more than 30 themed rides and attractions like the Scary-Go-Round, Roller Ghoster, and Monster's Monorail.
All children 12 and under are invited to visit the Trick-or-Treat Trail, a safe, interactive candy collecting experience in the midst of more than 20 lifelike animatronic dinosaurs. Costumes are encouraged! Halloween also gets a special extension this year with Duke's Spooktacular Dance Party scheduled for 6 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 3. This two-hour party features dancing with Dutch Wonderland's royal characters and special Halloween giveaways.
