NASSAU, Bahamas, Sept. 5, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Ms. World pageant, the premier system for women 26 and older, took place on August 11th at the Dundas Performing Arts Center in Nassau, Bahamas. Ms. World provides each candidate the opportunity for personal growth, self-expression and development. Through stage presence, public speaking and international travel opportunities we recognize women's strengths and accomplishments. Ms. World organization believes a woman's value and beauty should not be defined by her relationship status, whether or not she has children or her age.
The Ms. World Pageant is Sponsored by Tori Belle Cosmetics, a subsidiary of LashLiner, LLC. The winners of the Ms. World Pageant will appear at Tori Belle Cosmetics functions throughout the year as well as being spokesmodels for the company.
Ms. World is also a proud partner of The National Organization for Women's Safety Awareness, Inc. ("NOWSA"), a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity. NOWSA promotes the message that violence against women and teens must not be tolerated.

Ashley was born and raised in Tennessee, is 27-years-old and has been leaving her mark on pageant stages across the United States since she was 5 months old. Ashley truly fell in love with pageantry as a teenager when she realized the power of the crown, and the metaphorical microphone that it gave her to advocate her passions, as well as share her story and her message to a larger audience.
Ashley is a 2014 graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan University where she majored in business. She is the proud business owner of Her Majesty Boutique. As an entrepreneur, Ashley centered her business around making women look and feel like a Queen.
Ashley is also a mom to a 5-year-old son and says her son is her motivation and the driving force behind everything she does. Ashley wants to show women that being a mom does not close the door to fulfilling their dreams. Women are capable of being a wonderful mom, being successful in their careers, AND accomplishing their dreams.
Lesley Nardini was crowned Ms. World Elite 2019. The elite division is for women over 40 years of age. Lesley is an award-winning international speaker and bestselling author. Her mission is to encourage and inspire women to live their best life, no matter what their past circumstances. At the age of 58 she knows and speaks about the importance of never giving up on your dreams and goals. it's never too late to live your best life. As the newly crowned Ms. World Elite, Lesley is excited to have the opportunity to reach a wider audience with a message of hope, courage and kick-ass awesomeness.
Lesley loves pageants and what they can do for a woman's poise, confidence and life skills. She also loves to travel and has so far been to 45 US Sates and 20 countries. The one thing she love more than anything else is her family. Her favorite activity with her husband and kids is to cheer for the LA Dodgers at Dodger Stadium.
Shannon Morgan was crowned Ms. World International 2019, a title voted on by the public online. Shannon is an E-8 First Sergeant (1SG) with 23 years of active duty service in the United States Army. She currently works are Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA as the Senior Enlisted Advisor of her Company which is comprised of 450 Soldiers which include the Emergency Department, Surgical Department, Primary Care Service Line Clinics, Pediatrics, Optometry, and Inpatient Services. Her Military Occupational Specialty is Flight Medic and she has been deployed three times overseas.
Shannon enjoys boating, fishing, or hiking with her family and is an active volunteer with her son's school as well as the surrounding community. She has completed numerous 5K, 10K and 12K races this year to raise money and raise awareness.
Shannon Morgan feels pageantry has a comradery and sisterhood like the United States Army. She is an example of what MS World stands for; integrity, strong moral, values, and much more. She is very grateful and excited for her Ms. World International Journey.
Two ambassadors were also chosen to represent the pageant, NOWSA and the sponsoring companies. They are Rukio Elmi, the Ms. World Ambassador and Christina Jordan, the Ms. World NOWSA Ambassador.
The Ms. World pageant was also honored to be embraced by the Bahamian community and raised over $1200 to assist the Dundas Performing Arts Center to ensure it continues to thrive as a community gathering space and place of self-expression.
