NAHREP Announces 2022 Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originator Award Recipients
Combined sales volume grows to $17.3 billion, DHI Mortgage, Guaranteed Rate, Inc. and loanDepot top the list of companies with the most originators honored
SAN DIEGO, June 2, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP®) released its eighth annual Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators Report today, recognizing the top producing Latino mortgage professionals across the United States. This year's report, in association with Freddie Mac, ranks individual originators based on both number and dollar volume of transactions, and represents $17.3 billion in combined sales volume in 2021.
DHI Mortgage led the way as the company with the most honorees, followed by Guaranteed Rate Inc., and loanDepot. Lizy Hoeffer from CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is the leading originator with 1,092 loans. The report acknowledges 501 unique mortgage originators.
