San Francisco Real Estate Leaders Make Switch To Engel & Völkers
Former Vice President & Designated Broker Robert Brisbane and Top Producer Randy Romero of Vanguard Properties, joins global luxury real estate brand Engel & Volkers in San Francisco.

Robert will serve as Regional President of the San Francisco Bay Area markets, while Randy will be the Manager of the San Francisco Castro office. Both Robert and Randy will fall under the leadership of Paul Benson, who operates more than 30 shop locations across Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Idaho, Utah, and Washington.
Robert's extensive experience and unique approach to leadership has led to a number of notable achievements throughout his 15 years of real estate leadership. During his time as Vice President at Vanguard Properties, the brokerage sales volume increased by over 1 billion dollars, and before that at Today Sotheby's International Realty, Robert created a culture of production that resulted in the brokerage having the highest per-agent sales volume in the entire San Francisco Peninsula area. Robert is a San Francisco native who grew up in a real estate family, and because he was raised by a real estate mother, he understands both the opportunity and challenges of real estate advisors.
Randy Romero, a 23-year real estate veteran has established himself as a top producing agent and has achieved the President's Circle Award at Coldwell Banker, as well as receiving the Sterling Award for three years in a row. As a Sales Manager, Randy was famous for creating a welcoming culture that focused on the details that add to agent productivity. As a real estate advisor, Randy enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and prides himself on his innovative marketing expertise, his strong ability to negotiate, and his straightforward communication skills. His level of expansive real estate experience coupled with his financial background and international connections has created a successful career in San Francisco real estate.
