TRJLA plans to develop 411 units with 17,000 commercial sf in Downtown Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 26, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- TRJLA LLC ("TRJLA"), a privately-held real estate development company, announced it has submitted plans to the City of Los Angeles to construct an 8-story mixed use project located at 717-759 N Hill Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. The project site is currently being utilized as a surface parking lot.
The mix use project would consist of 411 apartment units, 17,000 sf of ground floor commercial space, and 314 parking spaces, totaling over 360,000 square feet of floor area. Planned residential amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, and roof top deck.

AC Martin, a Los Angeles-based architecture firm with over 170 employees and a strong history in Downtown Los Angeles, is designing the podium mid-rise building with significant open space and unobstructed sunlight at the swimming pool and amenities deck. Architectural plans show the building clad in dark and light cement plaster with dark fiber cement panels.
