BURLINGTON, Mass., April 12, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Healthcare Innovation Company (thINc), in collaboration with the Arbinger Institute, announced today the addition of a deep-dive workshop designed to enhance the event's focus on workforce leadership and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives at its second annual Healthcare Innovation Congress, thINc360, taking place June 20-22, at the Grand Hyatt in Washington, D.C.
The Healthcare Innovation Congress convenes leaders from health plans, health systems, public and private employers, life sciences, and government and public sector agencies to drive healthcare transformation forward.
On Thursday, June 22, the Arbinger Institute will conduct a 4-hour workshop, "Outward Inclusion – Building Inclusive Organizations and Communities that Drive Results," which will guide participants through a process of self-discovery to uncover unconscious bias and become equipped with practical tools to drive equity and inclusion within their team, organization, and community.
"This workshop is different because it goes far beyond addressing behaviors – a practice that often makes people feel called out – and dives into the mindset that drives those behaviors.
