WesternU We Care Dental to Participate in 2019 LiveWell Festival
RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. (PRWEB) August 25, 2018 -- Western University of Health Sciences We Care Dental, a comprehensive dental practice that seeks to improve lives through oral and dental health education and treatment, will participate in the 2019 LiveWell Festival, the area’s largest health and wellness event. The LiveWell Festival features health and wellness information for the mind, body and spirit with fun, educational and engaging activities for the entire family.
WesternU We Care Dental staff will be on hand to share educational materials and dental goody bags, as well as schedule dental appointments for those who are interested. The event will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Palm Desert Civic Center Park.
The WesternU practice was founded with a mission of providing high-quality care to a diverse patient base so that everyone can achieve optimal oral health. We Care Dental offers high-quality dental care for all, and is known for treating patients with respect and for meticulously diagnosing and treating a variety of dental issues.
Founded in 2009 by Marianne and Russell Benson, and originally staffed by volunteers using donated space and supplies, We Care Dental first incorporated WesternU dental faculty and students into its operations in 2011, and by 2016 had partnered with the University to open an expanded clinical facility. Dental residents, WesternU dental students and full-time faculty provide overall clinical supervision to patients throughout the Coachella Valley with the assistance of highly trained staff.
