‘Spice Up Your Speaking Presentations’ Gets New Marketing Push
WINTER PARK, Fla. (PRWEB) January 31, 2017 -- James Ocque has mentored and given educational presentations to individuals that were interested in improving their speaking presentations. He has enjoyed this and would like to share it with others. It prompted him in writing “Spice Up Your Speaking Presentations” (published by AuthorHouse).
Published in June of 2011, this reference book is intended for those who want to improve their public speaking or for those that have given presentations and want to make their next public speaking more effective. It presents material on where to look for a presentation topic; it discusses presentation structures and types; it identifies speakers’ mechanics, reasons to incorporate audio/visuals; and knowing the audience.
“I want people to know that they can overcome their fear and nervousness of speaking and become an effective speaker,” Ocque says. The material contained in this book will help you improve your speech preparation, but practice will make the presentation come alive for your audience. The material presented in this book is not new; it contains no magic formula or secret keys to success. It is condensed so that you may read it quickly and reread it as necessary.”
“Spice Up Your Speaking Presentations” is a primer for public speaking. It is intended to help guide individuals who are new to public speaking or to serve as a refresher for those who speak infrequently. The information has been gathered from Ocque’s speaking at toastmaster clubs, speaking before organizational meetings, attending seminars and teaching public speaking to potential toastmaster members.
